In spite of the cloudy weather in Los Angeles, the dresses had been dazzling at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. The truth is there had been so many gorgeous dresses, it is a challenge to pick out our faves!
Best Dressed
‘Glee’ actress Lea Michele added sparkle to the red carpet in this marvelous embroidered Oscar de la Renta gown. The hip-hugging and low-neck cut dress was stunning and we love the Tiffany & Co jewels!
Hilary Swank wooed in an asymmetric Versace number. We really like how she has complimented clothing with loose curls and easy accessories. She looks really relaxed and confident and certainly provides the younger stars a run for their money.
Natalie Portman exhibited her baby bump in this soft white dress by Azarro. Even as clothing was relatively basic she trumped all the other celebs for the accessories front, by draping herself in two million dollars worth jewelry.
Angie Harmon’s outfit Monique Lhuillier in a soft pastel pink. That is one of those adore it or hate it dresses, but we feel the feather skirt and jeweled bodice make her resemble a fairytale princess, so we love how she took a gamble for the red carpet rather than playing it safe.
Mila Kunis led the way in Alexander McQueen dress that was definitely the dress of the night. The strapless dress was bold and effused with color which even separated itself from thered carpet she was standing on.
The Worst Dressed at the SAG Awards
Christina Hendricks also did not impress in this gothic L’Wren Scott dress. It's much more a dressing gown compared to a red carpet frock. The severe eye make-up doesn’t assist the witchy look either.
Nicole Kidman’s Nina Ricci dress looked excessively regal for a red carpet event, and there would be a distracting quantity of lace and frill taking place. Nicole’s style is generally flawless but this just didn’t perform a lot for her pale, willowy figure.
Jennifer Lawrence’s Oscar de la Renta gown was way too bright. The black belt looks too harsh using the hot pink along with the black shoes spar badly at the same time. If the dress had been accessorized in a different way and without the black this can have looked a lot nicer.
